Stage 1: The Hanging Monasteries
- Breakfast
- Drop luggage for transfer to next location
- Short walk from hotel to start line
- Stage 1: ~26 km / +1,185 m / -1,210 m
- Snacks and drinks at finish line
- Transfer to beachfront hotel in Platamonas (135 km – 1 hour 30 minutes)
- Drop overnight bag (liner, toiletries, change of clothes) for transfer to the refuge on Mount Olympus for the following night’s stay
Companions
- Same provisions as Runners regarding meals, transfer and hotel
- Companions will have the opportunity to support runners at the start line, a unique aid station, and the finish line
Monday

Stage 2: Ascent to the Throne of Zeus
- Breakfast
- Transfer to start line at Mount Olympus – Stavros Refugee (33 km – 40 minutes)
- Stage 2: ~16 km / +1,880 m / -146 m
- Dinner and overnight stay at Apostolidis Refuge at 2,700 meters with panoramic view to the Throne of Zeus
- Beds/blankets/shower facilities are provided
Companions
- After breakfast, bus transfer to Litochoro — a picturesque town at the foot of Mount Olympus, perfect for nature lovers, hikers, and cultural explorers
- Dinner and overnight stay in Platamonas

Stage 3: Descent Through the Gods’ Forest
- Breakfast
- Stage 3: ~20 km / +450 m / -2,185 m
- Crossing of the Zonaria, through Ennipeas Gorge, Monastery of Dionysios
- Finish at Stavros Refuge, a panoramic snack station
- Snacks and drinks at finish line
- Transfer to beachfront hotel in Platamonas (33 km – 40 minutes)
- Swim in the Aegean Sea or relax by the pool
- Dinner and overnight stay in Platamonas
Companions
- After breakfast, Companions may choose to relax by the beach/pool, or join the transfer to Stavros Refuge on Mount Olympus to welcome and cheer on the runners as they finish the stage

Wednesday

Stage 4: The Healing Trail
- Breakfast
- Transfer to start line at the village of Palaios Panteleimonas (9 km – 15 minutes)
- Stage 4: ~20 km / +955 m / -955m
- Gentle forest trails which start and end in the village
- Post-run recovery time in cafés/restaurants with panoramic terraces in the picturesque village
- Transfer back to beachfront hotel for swimming and rest
- Dinner and overnight stay in Platamonas
Companions
- After breakfast, Companions will be transferred to Palaios Panteleimonas, a beautifully preserved traditional village — a perfect escape into nature and history
- Options to explore scenic hiking trails or browse artisan shops whilst waiting to welcome and cheer the runners as they complete the stage

Stage 5: The Secret Paths of Pelion
- Breakfast
- Transfer to start line at the Pelion region – Village of Portaria (120 km – 1 hour 30 minutes)
- Stage 5: ~26 km / +1,185 m / -1,181 m
- Introduction trail through western Pelion’s mountain villages and gentle tracks
- Finish line at the hotel in Portaria
- Dinner and overnight stay in Portaria
Companions

- Companions will visit selected charming villages across Mount Pelion before cheering on the runners at the finish line

Stage 6: From the Centaurs to the Sea

- Transfer to start line at the Xania Ski Resort (20 minutes)
- Stage 6: ~28 km / +536 m / -1.938 m
- Epic finish at Damouchari Beach – cinematic village where Mamma Mia was filmed
- Dive into the sea at the finish line — Mamma Mia… What a finish!
- Award Ceremony & Farewell Dinner
